Well there are a few options, but I am not sure how convenient are they to you...
If there is an option, that you put all data that you need to show in one table I would think about it.
You could also setup a database server somewhere else and connect to it through Table JX, since it supports connection to remote databases.
You could also hack the component, to support table joins but this would be a hard work.
These are the three options I could think of.
