I'm thinking of the possibility of managing long text fields (e.g.: brief biography) in the cards. A too long text (as one of the fields of the card) can make the card unreadable.
In this case, it would be useful a popup functionality (some sort of lightbox functionality).
The functionality could have an on/off flag and the set of the max number of characters displayed in the usual way: if the text exceeds the defined character limit, the part of the text displayed is active (text with hyperlink) and on mouseover a popup window will show the complete text.
Could it be an interesting improvement for Card View JX?
