To have your localized version of tools JX, you can copy file /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_grid.ini to your language folder, rename it and translate it.
For example if you need French version you have to:
copy the file into the folder named administrator/language/fr-Fr,
rename it to fr-FR.com_grid.ini
and finally translate the labels in this file.
After doing this you should see french labels on the frontend.
You are encouraged to upload your language files here, so that others are able to use them too.
