Dutch Translation 2.5 doesn't work

Hi there,

Installation everything OK, but now I want to have a translation.
I read the instructions, I've done this before with other components, but something doesn't seem to work.

Here is what I did:
A. I downloaded the file en_GB.com_grid.ini and translated this.
B. I renamed this file: nl_NL.com_grid.ini and placed it in administrator/language/nl-NL/
C. I added the file to administrator/language/nl-NL/install.xml
D. I checked if all my language preferences were OK.

No success.
E. I checked, but there was originally no file en_GB.com_grid.ini in the map administrator/language/en-GB.
F. I placed your file under the name en_GB.com_grid.ini in this map.
G. I added this file to en_GB.xml.

No success.

What more can I do?
And also: where can I change the sentence: "Please enter a search phrase", as I can see nothing like this in the language files.....
I need help because I an at a loss.

Thank you for your reply.
I am quite sure there was no file with that name - although I agree, that's weird.

After thinking I changed the English file and translated these words to Dutch, but kept it in the en-GB file and now I can see Dutch words.
Only not "Please enter a search phrase.. Still cannot find that.

it took a while, 'cause I had to change it also in the CardView.php file.....
But now I know and I can change it to whatever I like.

Hi there

I'd like to change the wording of the phrase "Please enter a search phrase...".

I looked in components/com_grid/layouts/GridView.php, but can't find it.

Please help - as this phrase doesn't make sense for the user.
