Content Encoding Error on Grid Component

I just purchased the component and loaded it onto our site www.asafeworldforwomen.org but when I try to start a new 'Grid' I get this error

Content Encoding Error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

I tried installing the Component onto the copy of the website on my local machine and it works perfectly

I have never had any other Content Encoding Errors on my site previously

Please advise!

Hi,

This seems to be a browser specific issue. Which browser are you using?

You can to clear browser cache. In Firefox go to Tools --> Options --> Advanced --> Network and then prees the 'Clear Now' button.

Sorry for late reply
Actually our IT support person fiex the problem.
It was to do with having gzip enabled.
Once we switched GZIP off it worked
