Column widths work great in Chrome, but not in IE & Firefox

looks like style is missing a "????

I do not see anything wrong neither with above html nor with your table (I used FF). Could you point out more precisely, what would you like to achieve?

If you want set column widths I suggest, that you set all widths and not just few of them. And also that the widths are greater than the width of longest word in the column.
