Help: Getting error message

I have just installed Table JX component.

I am getting a message:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/ukcphipc/public_html/hipc/administrator/components/com_grid/views/grid/tmpl/editform.php on line 441

Nonetheless, I saved the file and then re-opened it, and the above message had gone. Is it safe to ignore the above message.

Also, while installing, it says, plugins installed. I cannot find them.

"Display grid" is there. But, what does it do and how is it used?
