Installation Problem [Solved]

Hi,

Usually such problems are the subject of directory permissions. So please, check the directory permissions first.

For fully successful installation 'write' must be enabled on:

administrator/components/
components/
plugins/content/
plugins/editors-xtd/
libraries/joomla/database/database/

If this is not the case than we will see what comes next.

Are you sure? Did you checked personally all the directories listed above?

Next you can try to separate packages:

• First edit the grid.xml file. Delete this line: <installfile>install.grid.php</installfile>
• Copy folders plgx_displaygrid and plgx_displaygrid out of the package and zip each of them separately
• before you install make sure that you uninstalled everything: component, editor button plugin, and content plugin.
• Now try to install all three packages you made in first steps.
• If you want your Table JX to be able to connect to Oracle or MSSql database, than you have to copy files from the package directory database/ to libraries/joomla/database/database/
