Transferred to new ISP -JXTools Grid will not show

Hello, I originally bought the JXTools Grid component in 2010 and it has worked successfully. Now when I transferred to a new ISP, the grids are not showing and I am using the same credentials as my website.Any thoughts on how to fix this issue??

Hi,

I suggest that you uninstall Table JX, than delete al the tables connected with Table JX in the database (jos_grids, jos_grid_conn, jos_grid_columns ), and install Table JX again. Then use the backend interface to define new grid. The only disadvantage of this process is that you will have to define all the grids again.
