Installation successfull, but Message "fatal error

Please, can you check this error: I paid with paypal this day and the installation was perfect. But file seller do not work, and I think it is possible, that I buy the wrong file (try it for Joomla 1.7 - 2.5). I will finish the component until tomorrow...

So I try it again, will buy the file for Joomla 2.5 again and please...can you give the wrong order for joomla 3.0 back to my PayPal Account? I think the error ist my mistake (buy the not compatible version ?)....
