Our extension Table JX, allows to create searchable tables from the backend. It can display data from database, but not from a CSV file. Importing from CSV is currently not supportet within Table JX.
Unfortunately evaluation version is not available, but viewing the documentation pages might give you an idea about how does the backend look like:
