problem on second page of the table

I have a table with 400 rows. I have Number of Rows set to 200. On the front end, when I go to the Table there are 200 rows. When I click on the bottom to go to Next page or click on the 2 to go to page 2, the page that comes up only has 5 lines and now it says there are 82 pages. How can I keep 200 on all the pages, not only on page 1?
