Table JX simply displays the data that is stored in the database. Apparently all the dates are sotred using server time zone.
I am affraid that there is not any nice solution to this. You could probably create a dtatabase view where you would check the logged-in user time zone and format the date accordingly. But this requires quite some sql knoledge and understanding of Joomla database model.
