The table will always appear below the search form. You can put the table into an article and there are some third party plugins that enable you to show an article in a module. This way you get a search form and a table in a module. But still the table with results will always appear below the search form.
If you are a good coder, you could also write a custom module with custom search form, which would than open a page showing a Table JX. In this case you would filter the results trough URL as described here:
