Cache issue in IE "Display Data After Submit"

There seems to be a caching issue with IE 8 and 9 (not in FF), when using a search filter and applying the option "Display Data After Submit".

Any updates to the data in the grid do not show with the above setting enabled, even if the page is manually refreshed/loaded. I must exit out of the browser, and re-open it for my changes to be reflected in the grid. If I have that option off, and all data showing, my changes are reflected with just a page refresh with no closing of browser needed.

I do not have this issue with any other grids, cruds, or data views I am using (RsFormsPro, JGrid, Sigma Grid).

My Browser cache settings are set to the IE default "Always" and this can not be changed in my workplace, nor has it ever caused in issue with any other grid extensions or SQL update queries I run.

Again, this bug only happens when I have the setting "Display Data After Submit" under the Search options enabled.
