Dummy here!
I believe "Tools JX" may be the answer, but I'll want to check it.
The problem: I do have several hundred historical articles, which I want to publish using Joomla
I want to place the collection on a Joomla-site, and show visitors an index of the articles, and allow them to
find and select articles using keywords.
Can I modify the presentatation of the results, in order to look like part of the lay-out of the used template?

Hi,
The styles are mostly defined by template. Tools JX override just a small part of them. You can modify the layouts by adding some css lines in your templates css file. For Table JX some classes are defined to make styling a little easier:

There are a few user friendly layout and color options in the administrative interface too.
