The functionality of this page is stopping me from moving my site to J3 so I would really like to resolve it.
If it cannot be resolved, can I have a refund on my purchase please?

I retested the problem on my live system just now and confirmed that if the table populates when the page loads, a blank screen appears. if the table populates after the user enters a search criteria, the page works as expected. I will set up the test environment for you to have a look.
