Tomaz,
Do you have any suggestions how I can overcome this problem please?
The functionality of this page is stopping me from moving my site to J3 so I would really like to resolve it.
If it cannot be resolved, can I have a refund on my purchase please?

first of all let me apologize for the lateness of the response.
We have been working on fixing this issue and we recently came up with few new ideas on how to resolve it.

Tomaz,
I retested the problem on my live system just now and confirmed that if the table populates when the page loads, a blank screen appears. if the table populates after the user enters a search criteria, the page works as expected. I will set up the test environment for you to have a look.
