Install problem Table jx - jooomla 3.0

I bought table jx for J2.5.

Installed ok got the floowing errors and the clicking on the Jx tools in the component menu sends me to page 404 error

These were the errors on install
another issue that may not be related in this error in joomla

The PHP temporary directory is the directory that PHP uses to store an uploaded file before Joomla! can access this file. Whilst the directory not being set isn't always a problem, if you are having issues with manifest files not being detected or uploaded files not being detected, setting this in your php.ini file might fix the issue.

What can I do to get this working. It looks like a good extension
