Errors on Upgrading to 3.4.1

I've just done a rebuild of my site due to it being compromised.

TableJX 3.2.2.1 was working fine but after installing version 3.4.1 I'm receiving a number of errors.

Firstly, I've been seeing JavaScript errors in grid.js as a result of the code on line 211 returning a null object -
I'm also seeing SQL errors of the form shown in the following PasteBin -

The MySQL queries work fine in the backend.

Can you assist please?

It makes no difference.

I still get a SQL error and all of the page formatting becomes corrupted. See the attached screenshots. One shows the page before the query and one afterwards.

ARI DataTables is using the same MySQL VIEW without any problems.
