Date format

Hi, I have an issue about date format.
I'd like to appply Italian date format by creating an ad-hoc view but my provider doesn't allow me to create view on database.
Could you please provide me a workaround to this problem?

Hi,

there is no option in admin area to format date column for prefered string format. It can be done only with creating view (formating in SQL - easy way) or in php code (hard way).
