Linking using different value

Hey I'm rather new to this but I'm trying to link to an article through the QualTitle attribute but using the article ID in the link.

For example.

The QualTitle should link to its corresponding article.
In the case below "Advanced Diploma of Administration - EXPIRED" should link to the article with ID 3481.

This is what the link should look like:

".../joomla15/?option=com_content&view=article&id=69&Itemid=66&QualRecord=3481"

and this is what it is at the moment:

".../joomla15/?option=com_content&view=article&id=69&Itemid=66&QualRecord=Advanced Diploma of Administration EXPIRED"

As I said earlier, I am very new to this but if you could help that would be greatly appreciated.

It's probably something basic but beyond my understanding.
