unicode problem

hello!
I've got a problem with table display. Namely, all unicode characters are weird. example: ba ± raxma, buraxma, vazgeà § me
What should I do to make them appear write. They are right in the database when I look through phpmyadmin or Navicat.

I think you have a good program with some errors which you should fix it as soon as possible and I think you are very poor at providing support or provide answers to support the issue that we've looked at problem but can not fix the errors in the next few days, we will fix errors as soon as possible, etc.
