Errors when editing table

I used TableJX to edit and display a table name jos_jlocate_users.

Everything was working well several months ago, but now I am getting the following error messages.

I think this started after an upgrade to Joomla 1.5.22.
I now have 1.5.22 and tableJX 1.5.11.

Any ideas?
