Can I import data from Excel(CSV) to become a database ? Then used the SQL queries to define ? Or do i need a database to be install ?

Hi, To import CSV file to the database, you have to use some other tool like phpMyAdmin for example. Once the data is in the database you can display it by using Table JX.
All fields with (*) are required
