Hi,

We're using Table JX to have a nice list of our club member’s incl. relevant information. One of the record fields contains the e-mail address of the corresponding club member. When the page is opening the first time one can click on the e-mail field and the mail program starts. Anyhow when the sort option is used, by clicking the colomn header of the table, the e-mail address field is changed to a text field and is not clickable anymore. After reloading the page the field is again clickable until the sort function is used again.

PHP 5.3.0
mySQl 5.1.36
Table JX 1.7

Hi,

This is a known problem. The core of this problem lies tn the fact that content plugins do not get executed in the ajax call. We might fix this in one of the future versions. For now you can overcome this, by setting your e-mail column to be a link.

In the backend check the checkbox "Link?" for your column. A list of links should appear below. Select the same e-mail column for "Link Column", use option "Custom ID" and paste the following into the texfield:

mailto:@ID

Thish should do the job.

I implement your workaround and it works perfect. Problem solved!

There is only one thing left: WHERE condition not saved, but this is already mentioned in this thread !
So I will look forward for the new release.
