Last week I purchased your All-In-One Tools JX 3.2 bundle on behalf of a customer. After doing so, I was asked to replace it with a similar bundle from a different developer, as it would suit their needs even better.
Is it possible to get a refund in this kind of situation? I'll guarantee that I won't use it.
