Video popup box doesn't work on p.2

My table is a list with links that make popup box with a video from youtube appear. The first page of my table pops the boxes up perfectly! but the other pages don't! The module I use for the popup boxes is Ninja shadowbox, so i'm guessing page 2 doesn't allow the module to work. I would really like this to get fixed so i can advance i'm make very very long lists....
