Table JX supports only viewing the data. Inserting, deleting and editing is unfortunately not supported.

Yes this is possible.

You can create a Table JX view and use 'Additional Where Condition' option, to implement a fixed filter. The settings can be quickly copied into another Table JX view that pulls data from the same mysql table. There you can modify the 'Additional Where Condition' to apply another fixed filter.
